Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
We offer one processing option:
Standard Processing (Free)
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after shipment
General Information
We strive to maintain accurate inventory at all times. However, in rare cases of stock discrepancies, we may be unable to fulfill an item immediately.
If this occurs, we will contact you with the following options:
- Wait for the item to be restocked
- Receive a store credit
Shipping Process
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- A short delay (up to 24 hours) is allowed to modify your shipping address
Important distinction:
- Processing = preparing your order
- Shipping = dispatching your order
- Delivery = arrival at your address
During peak periods, total delivery time may occasionally extend up to 2–4 weeks.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 5 weeks. If this happens, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Address Changes
We can modify your shipping address before the order has been shipped.
Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
Courier delivery may not be available for these addresses.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your package in real time.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if possible

If the package was delivered in your absence, please reach out to us with details.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost only when confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If your package is officially declared lost, we will offer:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A store credit of equal or higher value
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.
We may assist you further depending on the situation.
Taxes
All applicable sales taxes are included in the product price at checkout.
Cancellations
