An order is accepted when GEMYENA confirms the order and successfully processes payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where payment cannot be processed, fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, a product is unavailable, a pricing or product information error has occurred, or a promotional offer has been improperly used.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order to the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted and confirmed.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer's shipping address and applicable law.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
GEMYENA currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free.
Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard transit time is estimated at 5–11 business days.
Accordingly, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will provide appropriate notice.
Where required by applicable law, customers may have the option to accept a revised delivery timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions contained in our Refund Policy.
